Yes. I've always believed in open government. As Mayor, I am the keeper of the Citizens checkbook and I work for them. I believe the citizens should have the right to vote on any major decisions, because it is their town.
2.What can Ranlo do to lower water/sewer rates?
They need to depend upon themselves and their infrastructure instead of others and put what profit is made into ours instead of other municipalties.
3.What can be done to lower the unemployment rate in Ranlo?
Get out, work hard, be competitive to draw restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery stores to increase tax base to keep taxes down.
