1. What can Lowell do to bring small business to town?

As long as we maintain our level of services and keep our tax rate low we will have no problem recruiting business. It would help if we could better beautify our downtown.

2. How can Lowell improve downtown parking?

By utilizing the existing properties to the maximum benefit to downtown customers.

3. What is the most important issue facing Lowell over the next two years?

Growth is the biggest issue. We have done well in managing the growth we have to continue to do so will require experienced council members that are familiar with such matters.
