Get rid of city council they have now. Been lucky to have business they have now. Whole downtown needs a facelift. I would replace city council and mayor especially. Want people to be involved in town. I don’t believe in closed door meetings. I would open meetings.

2. How can Lowell improve downtown parking?

They don’t need downtown parking. The businesses are being run out of town. The people sitting on City Council don’t know how to bring businesses to town.

3. What is the most important issue facing Lowell over the next two years?

Taking care of the infrastructre and getting in there that know how to run the town. Getting people back in there with backbone to take care of business and what’s good for Lowell.
