Lowell should continue to foster existing businesses partnerships with reputable developers who bring small business parcels. Attractive storefronts and low tax rates should attract complimentary businesses to Lowell.

2. How can Lowell improve downtown parking?

Although there have been parking issues in Lowell, I understand that previous councils have worked with the DOT to remedy the situation and I feel that we have adequate parking for the current downtown businesses.
