1. What can Lowell do to bring more small businesses to town?

We need to be creative, possibly using Tax incentives to draw Business, Large and Small to town.

The Council needs to get pro-active with 22@Lowell and South Main Street to draw businesses to these areas.

2. How can Lowell improve downtown parking?

We should look into utilizing 2 vacant lots near the Town Square for parking either through land Purchase or long term lease with the owners. The on Street parking is limited and the only option is off street parking.

3. What is the most important issue facing Lowell over the next two years?

Drawing new Businesses and Industry to Lowell. We need large volume Water / Sewer customers to populate the land vacated

by the Mills and an Industrial customer for the vacant Chemical Plant on Spencer Mt. Road.
